John Groves

John Groves started spinning records in 1999 when he was working as a promotion director for two Kansas City radio stations. Since then he has played with, and opened for several nationally touring artists such as George Clinton, Blu Cantrell, Frankie J, Robin Thicke, and Tone Loc to mention a few.

In 2004 he started producing and mixing radio shows. He has mixed shows locally on KCHZ 95.7 The Vibe, and on KMJK Magic 107.3.

While John has played everything from private events to concert events, his current focus is on working together with couples that are planning more modern, unique wedding receptions.  His experience in event production, and entertaining thousands of wedding guests ensures couples they will have a trusted guide to rely on through their planning process and on their wedding day.
